About Us

Our therapists have extensive experience in providing counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and groups. We are dedicated to helping our clients navigate through life's challenges and improve their mental well-being.

​We use a holistic approach, which encompasses all aspects of a person's life. Rather than treating just the symptoms, this approach looks deeper and tries to uncover underlying causes. This allows us to focus on the connections between mind, body, & spirit.

We believe in the management of holistic wellness. Mental, emotional, and physical health are all deeply connected. At the core of true well-being is the understanding that each part of us influences the others. When we care for our bodies, our minds become clearer. When we process emotions in healthy ways, our stress levels and physical symptoms often improve.  When we support our mental health, we build emotional resilience and physical strength.  Wellness isn't just one thing—it's the integration of all three working together to help you feel balanced, grounded, and whole.​Mental health therapy isn’t about having something “wrong” with you—it’s about having space to process life with support, insight, and tools that work. Life gets messy, overwhelming, and sometimes stuck. Therapy offers a place to sort through the noise, understand patterns, build emotional resilience, and make aligned choices. It’s not magic, but it is powerful. With the right fit and effort, therapy can help you feel more connected, more empowered, and more like yourself.

Ferox Therapy offers free consultation calls, expert consultation services, individual/couples/group and court appointed counseling sessions in person and via telehealth. We offer after hours and weekend services, ages 12 and up, with treatment available for substance use, depression, anxiety, couples issues, LGBTQ+ affirming, identity issues, career issues and more.

Statement of Inclusivity
